lAnthony Morrow Jr. came into this world on April 3rd in the year of 1936. He was born in the Coal Minning Town of Flattop in Jefferson County, Alabama. He was the fourth child of the proud parents of Anthony and Gertrude Morrow.
After graduating from Praco High School in 1954, Anthony relocated to West Palm Beach, Florida.
In July of 1957 he married Cynthia McCray, this union lasted 62 years, ending only due to her passing in March of 2020.
Anthony was a member of Mt. Zion Primitive Baptist in West Palm Beach, Florida. He later became a member of Bethel Primitive Baptist Church which later became Greater Bethel Primitive Church, where he sang in the Male Chorus.
Anthony worked for Goodyear Tires, The United States Postal Service and as a Contractor for the Palm Beach Post until his health declined.
Anthony loved being around people telling jokes and many stories.
He was preceding in death by his wife, Cynthia and son, Walter.
Anthony leaves to cherish his FUN Loving memory; Daughters: Antionette, Gertrude, and Detra; Grandchildren: Joe, Gerrick (Gwen), and Ursula; Great Grandchildren: Rickera, Raven, and Rodrick; Great-Great Grand: Adrian; One Brother: Curtis (Ernestine) Morrow; two sisters: Shirley (Paul) Kelsie, and Mattie Dukes; A special niece/ caregiver Ruby Morrow. He also leaves several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
