Obituary for Dennis Martin
Dennis Martin was born in Clarendon, Jamaica to the proud parents of John and Susan on February 15, 1941. He was the first of seven children.
Dennis moved from Jamaica to England in 1961 where he worked as a pipefitter/welder. While in England, he met Imelda, the mother of his first two children, Donna and Nicholas. He lived in England for 10 years before moving back to Jamaica to work in the bauxite industry.
In 1986 Dennis moved from Jamaica to the United States where he met Iris, the mother of his last two children, Michael and Aaron. He worked at a sugar refinery in New York for the rest of his career until he moved to Florida to retire.
On June 15, 2022 Dennis closed his eyes, leaving behind a family who will remember him as a loving, hardworking provider.
