In loving memory of our Matriarch Louise Emeline Henderson , who was born on December 4th, 1930 in St Thomas, Jamaica to parents Record and Mamzel Douglas. Louise passed away peacefully at home on Friday, October 7th, 2022 in the presence of her loving family. Her husband Aston Lorenzo pre-deceased her in 1988.

She is survived by 13 children, (Veronica, Lorna, Laura, Duroy, Clive, Hyacinth, Monica, Everton, Caren, Sophia, Clova, David and Earl) 38 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, four sisters(Estella, Madge, Elaine and Jennifer) brother Donnat, countless nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends too numerous to list.

Louise devoted her life in raising her children and each new generation as well as children of extended relatives, giving her love, guidance and wisdom boundlessly. She was the epitome of strength, wit, humor and kindness. Affectionate and fond memories of Louise will remain in the hearts and minds of those whose paths she has crossed. May her legacy continue infinitely through all the lives she has impacted and the ever-expanding family.

Memorial services will be held on Friday October 28th, 2022, with viewing at 10:00 A.M. and service to follow at 11:00 A.M. at the:

A second memorial service will be held in St. Thomas, Jamaica on Saturday November 12th, 2022, where she will be placed to rest.


We all love you Louise, but God loves you best
Sleep on now and take your rest
We must let you go, though we wish you were here.
